Booking terms

Rate includes electricity , local phone calls WIFI and housekeeping service

$150 fee added if guests are more than 6 - maximum occupancy 8 including children.

$350 exit cleaning fee.

Any booking taken after November 1st 2018, a 4.5% Vacation Rental Fee will be added, this will be 4.5% of the total rental ‘ nightly’ price.
